We don't typically dress so cute for outings like this, but I recently discovered Boden and Mini Boden, and couldn't resist all the bright colors and patterns. They just scream SPRING to me, and this is such a fun way to show them off!
I created an impromptu picnic by lining a basket with bright fabric, and filling it with fun drinks, sandwiches, fruit and cookies. And of course paper straws, because every drink is more festive with a stripey-straw!
Have you tried the San Pellegrino Limonata? So tart and refreshing...and who can resist those little bottles? I found it here.
You know I don't shy away from pattern mixing, but this is my first time pairing stripes with stripes...and I love the look! The key is having a common color, and opposite scales. Of course the denim jacket made another appearance...are you convinced of it's staple status, yet?!
