Hey all, and Happy Monday! Let the record show that I'm actually out of pajamas, and wearing a bra today...and makeup. Stupid workplace dress code! It's been an amazing few weeks at home, hanging with my babes, but the Real World
bitch slapped me, and I'm back to work.
But while we had many lazy days, the organizing bug that accompanies a New Year, finally bit me, and I spent all weekend tearing through cabinets and closets. Why is that always such a can of worms?! You start with one cabinet, and next thing you know, the whole house is torn upside down!
Last year we overhauled the
Pantry,
Coat Closet and
cabinet under the Kitchen sink, and added a
Family Command Center,
Gift Wrap Station and
Mudroom....and all are still working well for us. But most every other area in our house is sorely lacking in organization, so I gathered some inspiration for our Laundry Room, Craft Supplies, Bathroom, and Garage, in hope that it sparks an organizing episode.
Granted, some of these spaces aren't possible for real life scenarios, but they certainly make me want to rent a dumpster and purge through every room in my house! I've started on the Bathroom cabinets, which basically means we can't see the floor through all the clutter I cleared out. Hopefully I'll put everything back this weekend and show you soon.
