Happy hump day, lovebugs! We had an 'accidental' bathtub overflow at home, so we're dealing with 10 industrial fans and 2 child-sized dehumidifiers...along with a lot of noise and stink. But I'd rather talk about fashion than water damage, wouldn't you?! I usually dress up for my day job, and share many of those in my {Outfit Inspiration} posts, but I love casual, colorful, everyday style just as much...as showcased in this Vol. 4 of Sugarplum Style.

This isn't a traditional Sugarplum Style pic, but it was so popular on InstaGram and Facebook, I thought I'd share more details. I was at the mall scouting outfits for a friend (I love dressing other people!!), and stumbled on these two amazing skirts. The floral is an obvious choice for me, but I've never considered a midi skirt, simply because I thought the longer length wouldn't be flattering. But I quickly changed my mind, and am on the midi skirt train now! It's got a nice conservative length for work, but is chic and sophisticated for social events, as well. (Side note: my skirt is actually red and the top is light pink.)
